I like spicy food and noodles, so naturally a spicy ramen dish would catch my fancy. I love the Tan Tan Men (@ S$15) served at Kadoman. The rich and spicy stock (of Szechuan origin) is enhanced by the fragrance of sesame. Although the ramen here is usually just a tad overdone, I don’t mind it one bit because the stock makes up for everything else that falls short. This is my favourite place for Tan Tan Men as I think its got the best stock amongst all the other places that I’ve tried. This is a Must-Try, especially for those who love spicy food and the flavour of sesame.
